Audio Visuals:
Your Event Manager can take care of all your audio visual
needs, from a podium and microphone to a high-speed internet access line. Audio Visuals are on-site and your event manager can arrange all elements of staging and production.
Menu Selection:
Our Executive Chef and Event Manager will tailor a menu to your specific taste creating the perfect meal for your event.
Deposits and Payments:
A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to reserve banquet rooms and is required at the signing of your contract. Full estimated prepayment is required 3 days in advance for all functions. Payments must be cash, credit of certified check.
Guarantee:
The sales office must receive your attendance totals 7 business days prior to the function. This number shall constitute a guarantee, not subject to reduction and charges will be made accordingly. Should the center not receive a guarantee in the prescribed time, the original estimate provided by the contracting party will serve as the guarantee. We will require a payment of fifty percent of estimate balance 14 days prior to your event. The Shaw’s Center will provide seating for an additional 3% over the guaranteed number.
Miscellaneous:

Due to insurance and liquor license regulations, no
food or beverage may be brought into, or removed from
The Shaw’s Center. Tables are set for 8 guests
unless other arrangements are made with your Event Planner.


Service Charges and Taxes:
All Food and Beverage is subject to an 18 % administrative fee and 5% Ma. Meals tax which will be added to your bill.
